I specialize in Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Emotion focused therapy (EFT), and Mindfulness-based therapy. These are all approaches that will help you better process, understand and become intune with your thoughts, behaviours and, emotions. I am able to do sessions in Russian and Hebrew as well, to accommodate language preferences.
