  • Have you been struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, or self-esteem? Have you been feeling tired, overwhelmed, or stuck? You are not alone. I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for you to show up as your authentic self and feel heard and understood. Working from a client-centred and collaborative approach, I strive to meet you where you are and support you in navigating the challenges that you are facing. I recognize that therapy is not one size fits all and will honour your unique needs, values, and strengths.

  • Together, we will develop a plan to get you where you would like to be. Drawing on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, we will work towards understanding the patterns in your life that are holding you back and develop practical and effective strategies that will help you feel better.

    My practice is informed by my educational background in psychology and neuroscience. I hold a B.A. in Psychology (with a minor in Neuroscience) and an M.A. in Counselling Psychology. I also have training in crisis and suicide intervention as well as trauma-informed practices.
