Why Virtual Therapy?

Research shows that virtual therapy is as effective as in-person therapy with no change in client satisfaction. Meeting in your chosen space prioritizes client comfort and convenience.

 What’s The Next Step?

First, we’ll set up an initial consultation to discuss your current situation and what brought you to contact us. We’ll get to know you a little better so we can develop a customized plan that’s designed for you.

Next, we’ll follow up in subsequent sessions, typically for 50 minutes at a time, while we guide you to your goals. Therapy consists of a blend of psych-education, evidence based therapies to target specific disturbances, traditional methods of talk therapy to help gain understanding of how the past has impacted your present and intentionally cultivate your future. Your therapist's role is one of guidance, collaboration, and support. The strength of this alliance is positively influential for growth.
